The firm was founded in 1983 with a different partnership that is stable since 2005.

Prof. Luciano Garofalo and Dr. Maria Pia Vigilante are partners of the firm from the very beginning.

Located in Bari, on Via Quintino Sella n.5,  we collaborate with many partners and professionals both in Italy and abroad.

In fact, firm members were initially unions defenders during a time which was necessary to guarantee, even in court, workers' rights. At the same time international law, EU law, civil law, family law and administrative law have always represented other areas of expertise. Due to the changes shaping our society, we have expanded our professional knowledge, thanks also to external collaborations. However, we have never forgotten our initial interests.

Many graduates have been trained over the years becoming judges, lawyers and executives of important industrial groups. We have always considered the training of young professionals an important part of our reality. For this reason we have developed a training program to encourage a qualified and up to date knowledge of the law, in line with the new demands of the legal profession.

This approach has led our partners and members to increase their expertise, embracing new challenges involving criminal and immigration law, in order to broaden our knowledge and to respond to the new social emergencies of our country
